Fall CLE in Eugene: Financial Statements, Working Capital and M&A Accounting

The Corporate Counsel Section’s Fall CLE in Eugene will feature a discussion of financial statements, working capital, and M&A accounting. Our speaker, Nicole Thibodeau, Ph.D., CPA, is an associate professor of accounting practice at Willamette University and President of Nthandco Management Consulting in Portland.  Nicole will provide an overview of financial statements (cash flow statements, profit and loss statements, balance sheets), discuss working capital, and highlight issues in merger and acquisitions accounting.

The CLE is free for Corporate Counsel Section member and law students and $25 for non-members (non-members may join the Corporate Counsel Section for $20 and attend for free!)
